Decision Rehearsal by ProDio
On-Demand Demo: You've Got 10 Minutes
Released June 2026
What is Decision Rehearsal (DR)
Decision Rehearsal™ activates human judgement and decision-making through immersive simulations that allow leaders to mentally experience high-pressure or high-stakes situations.
This methodology utilizes branching audio narratives to let executive teams live through the psychological friction, executive pushback, and cascading second-order consequences of an ethical dilemma in a safe environment before making irreversible choices in reality.
In other words, we deliberately build in real-world “messiness” – fatigue, stress, pressure, human interactions and emotions – to make the scenario as realistic as possible.
This isn't learning - this is pre-experience.

In this scenario, you’re a high-level strategic business consultant. For the past six months your team has been helping one of the industry’s largest companies design a high-stakes, enterprise-wide transformation program intended to modernize operations, accelerate innovation, and position the business as a market leader in the age of Generative AI.
Your work on this project has been intense, and the client has been demanding but uncertain – maybe even insecure (pause) Their lack of knowledge and understanding of AI and it’s impact on their industry is creating fear and panic, which represents itself in different ways, depending on which executive or board member you’re talking to. There is little agreement or cohesive strategic direction. Instead, they’ve been pushing in a semi-panicked state to “just do something”.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR OPTIMUM EXPERIENCE
Please find a comfortable place to sit, where you are uninterrupted and able to close your eyes and imagine yourself in this scenario. We will ask you to pause and pay attention to your physical and emotional responses to situations, because if you’re focused, your brain and imagination will transport you into this scenario. We suggest you mute your electronic devices and try to avoid external or mental distractions.
To get the most of this experience, we ask participants to accept the situation and outcomes as presented. Avoid the temptation to wish or argue that they should be different or more convenient. Consequences and human responses are often unexpected or unwanted. Just like chess, there are no ‘take-backs’ and you cannot control the counter-moves of reality.
