This Privacy Policy governs your use of the ProDio website and software application (the “ProDio app”) for mobile devices that was created by ProDio Audio Learning Inc. The ProDio website and app provide access to audio-only professional development courses.
The ProDio app obtains the information you provide when you download and register for the ProDio app. Registration with us enables you to purchase and download professional development courses and the associated handout documents.
When you register with us and use the ProDio app, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, user name, password and other registration information; (b) transaction-related information, such as when you download or use the ProDio app, or when you make purchases from us; (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (d) credit card information for purchases within the ProDio app, and; (e) information you enter into our system when using the ProDio website or mobile apps, such as contact information. You will have the option to register through Facebook, Twitter or Google and their respective Privacy Policies will apply to your use of those platforms for registration.
We may also use the information you provide us to contact you from time to time, as push notifications to provide you with important information, updates and required notices.
In addition, the ProDio app may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the ProDio app.
The ProDio app does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Only aggregated, anonymized data may be shared with Professional Associations to help us improve the ProDio website, apps, courses and overall service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose user provided and automatically collected information:

You can stop all collection of information by the ProDio app easily by uninstalling the ProDio app. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. We will retain user provided and automatically collected data for as long as you use the ProDio website or mobile app. and for a reasonable period thereafter. If you’d like us to delete user provided data that you have provided via the ProDio app, please contact us at info@prodiolearning.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the ProDio app to function properly or to fulfill our accountability requirements for professional associations.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve the ProDio website and mobile apps. Transaction processing is provided by a trusted and reputable third-party provider. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide a high level of security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
For payments via the Android mobile app and the ProDio website, ProDio uses Stripe to process payment transactions. Stripe uses Personal Data of Customers to provide Services to ProDio, including to process online payment transactions and authenticate Customers on behalf of ProDio. Personal Data may include the Customers’ name, email address, (telephone number, if or as entered on ProDio user’s account) and credit card information as needed for Stripe to process payment. All such use is pursuant to the terms of our business relationships with Stripe. In addition, Stripe also use Personal Data to detect and prevent fraud. In providing such services, Stripe may provide ProDio Personal Data from a Customer to assess the fraud risk associated with an attempted transaction by their Customer.

If you reside outside of North America your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under USA/Canada privacy standards.
The ProDio app or website may include functionality that allows certain kinds of interactions between the Service and a third-party web site, platform, tool, application or other service, and accessing or display of third-party content via the Service (“Third-Party Services“). The use of Third-Party Services may involve the third-party operator thereof (“Third-Party Operator“) collecting and retaining information. For example, when you register or sign-in with ProDio, you may have an option to use your Facebook, Google or Twitter account to facilitate the registration and sign-in, or otherwise share your course completion information. Those Third-Party Operators may collect Personal Information and other data about you in connection therewith.
In addition, we may provide Third-Party Services’ interfaces or links on the Service to facilitate your sending a communication from the Service. For example, we may use third parties to facilitate e-mails, tweets, “likes,” content submissions or postings of comments on Facebook or other social media platforms. We may also enable access to or display of Third-Party content via the Service, that is actually being served or published by the Third-Party, and such Third-Party may be collecting data from you in connection with that content.
